As a Technical Analyst Analyst – Corporate Banking, you will oversee vendor package applications, ensuring stability and efficiency while supporting business‑critical operations. You will collaborate across teams, resolve issues promptly, and drive system enhancements to improve performance and reliability.
What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed
- Manage Business‑As‑Usual (BAU) activities to ensure application stability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with users and vendors to resolve application issues quickly, minimising operational disruption.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to identify root causes of system problems and foster continuous improvement.
- Gather requirements from business users to support development, testing, and implementation of system enhancements.
- Coordinate system‑related activities across Singapore, Head Office, and Branches.
- Identify opportunities for system optimisation and documentation improvements.
- Provide on‑call and onsite support during after‑hours, weekends, and public holidays for application support and deployments.

Experience
- You have experience in the nostro reconciliation domain for corporate banking.
- You have worked with BR ProActive systems (preferred).
- You are experienced in gathering and analysing business requirements, technical/functional specifications, and test case design.
- You have worked with medium to complex regional channel systems.
Technical Expertise
- You are proficient in VB .NET, IBM MQ, Microsoft SQL Server, Windows, and API integration.
- You understand all phases of IT system development and implementation life cycle, including Agile methodology.
- You are skilled in database management systems and application troubleshooting.
