About the job

Primech Building Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead our mechanical project initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will liaise with stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the integration of mechanical systems in line with industry standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all phases of mechanical projects, from inception to completion.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and key stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality control standards.
  • Document project progress and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.

Working Hours & Contract

  • Project-based hours - this is an in office position with the occasional site visit required
  • Typical shifts may include 07:30 – 16:30/08:00 - 17:00 this will vary depending on project needs
  • ASAP start preferred
