Full description

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to help develop and advise on ØS Indsigt, our solution for accounts receivable and debtor management, used by organizations across the public and private sector.

As part of the department You will join a team of skilled and dedicated employees who advise municipalities and regions on how the ERP solution ØS Indsigt can improve their business.

Our team has a proud tradition of close collaboration and dialogue with customers on how the solution can help make their work processes more efficient. By gaining a deep understanding of users' needs and challenges, we innovate and create solutions that provide real value for the end user.

Your Role: Solve, Recover, Advance As our new Business Analyst, you will play a key role in this collaboration. You will also be responsible for tasks such as:

  • Preparing solution descriptions for new features.
  • Testing and documentation.
  • Implementing ØS Indsigt at new customers.
  • Training super users.
  • Supporting customers' super-users.

You are the ideal candidate if you It is important that you take responsibility and are driven by your own motivation. As the ideal candidate, you will also have most of the following skills:

  • Have experience with municipal billing and collection.
  • Have knowledge of debt collection for public authorities.
  • Have Interest in the technology behind the ØS Indsigt system.
  • Have the ability to understand and work through complex issues.
  • Have experience using AI tools and a strong interest in AI.
  • Are self-driven when it comes to finding tasks and learning new IT systems.
  • Have strong ability to prioritize your own tasks.
  • Are able to build good relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Have a positive and curious personality.
  • Are fluent in spoken and written Danish.
  • Are able to communicate clearly in English, in both writing and speech.
