Python Developer

The Role

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and modern frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask, with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Build and integrate messaging systems, asynchronous workflows, and background services using technologies such as Celery, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar tools.

• Write clean, reusable, and well-tested Python code while following established development standards and best practices.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to the company’s technical architecture and product development.

• Stay up to date with relevant Python technologies, tools, frameworks, and development practices, contributing to continuous improvement within the team.

• Enjoy working in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment, taking ownership of tasks while working closely with other developers and stakeholders.

What You Bring

• At least 3 years of hands-on software development experience, primarily focused on backend development

• Strong understanding of software development principles and backend/API development, including REST APIs, asynchronous processing, and background jobs

• Proficiency in Python and experience with at least one modern backend framework, familiarity with messaging systems, distributed caching systems and relational databases

• Understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker is considered a strong advantage

• Experience with AI/ML technologies, frameworks, or integrating machine learning models and AI-powered services into applications is considered a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
