Job Title: Optical Transmission Product Manager

Job Location: Athens, Greece

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for business development, customer demand management, solution promotion, and the commercial success of optical transmission projects in the Greek market.

• Market Insights and Strategic Planning: Analyze optical transmission market trends and customer investment directions.

• Customer Needs and Product Management: Develop a deep understanding of operators' network architectures and business needs.

• Solution and Technology Marketing and Sales: Engage with customers on optical transmission solutions, technical discussions, and product value presentations, and build competitive advantages.

• Customer Relations: Establish relationships with clients' technical stakeholders to enhance client recognition and deepen long-term cooperation.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.

• Optical Transmission Technology: Familiar with core technologies and application scenarios such as DWDM, OTN, WDM, and ROADM.

• Network Architecture: Solid understanding of network architectures and their evolution, including Metro, Aggregation, Backbone, and DCI.

• Product Solutions: Familiar with optical transmission equipment, optical modules, optical and electrical layer cross-connect, network protection, and capacity evolution.

• Fluent in Greek and English.
