Job Description:

Project Manager (Infrastructure)

Dubai/RAK, UAE

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support the Project Director in delivering assigned infrastructure project components.
  • Develop scope of work and contribute to the preparation of detailed project execution plans.
  • Establish, monitor, and control project schedules, ensuring coordination across all disciplines.
  • Oversee day-to-day project execution, including budget tracking, cost control, and invoice review.
  • Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining strong coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Liaise with authorities and stakeholders to resolve design and construction-related issues.
  • Apply strong knowledge of project controls, contracts, and commercial management principles.
  • Attend regular meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to support successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities and stakeholders to remove obstacles impacting project progress.
  • Identify project risks, opportunities, and mitigation measures, ensuring proactive and effective resolution.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized
  • Minimum of 12 years of prior experience delivering infrastructure projects ideally within a PMC environment.
  • Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills to resolve design and construction issues.
  • Proven ability to liaise effectively with authorities, clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Strong understanding of project controls, contracts, and commercial aspects of construction projects
