Death is our only foe.

Immortals was founded by Bryan Johnson and Kate Tolo to build a new standard for human health and longevity.

We’re building Autonomous Health: a system that uses measurement, scientific evidence, and personalization to help people understand their bodies and make better decisions about their health. What began with Bryan becoming the most measured person in history is becoming a platform for everyone.

Immortals brings together biomarkers, longevity medicine, nutrition, prescriptions, wearables, and personalized protocols in one place, turning health data into clear, actionable decisions.

We’re a small, ambitious team building what we believe will become the new operating system for human health. We move quickly, think from first principles, care deeply about the quality of our work, and hold ourselves to an unusually high standard.

Our mission is simple: help billions of people live healthier lives for longer, and ultimately, Don’t Die.

We're seeking a Clinical Project Manager to help operate some of the most ambitious personalized health and longevity programs in the world. You'll sit at the center of the clinical team working across physicians, scientists, researchers, laboratories, vendors, and our internal team to turn complex clinical and scientific initiatives into plans that get executed. This includes coordinating diagnostics and experiments, managing biological sample and laboratory workflows, synthesizing clinical and scientific information, maintaining a clear source of truth across dozens of simultaneous projects, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Much of what we do has never been done before, so you'll be the person who turns an ambitious, ambiguous clinical or scientific objective into a plan that gets executed.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of clinical and scientific projects working with physicians, researchers, laboratories, vendors, and internal teams from initial idea through execution and results.
  • Turn ambiguous initiatives into concrete plans: milestones, owners, dependencies, and risks and keep those plans honest as reality changes.
  • Maintain a clear source of truth across meetings, Slack, email, clinical records, and project management systems so decisions, results, and action items don't fall through the cracks.
  • Manage timelines with external partners (physicians, labs, researchers, clinical vendors, logistics providers) whose deliverables our projects depend on.
  • Research unfamiliar clinical and scientific problems from first principles, identify the right experts and solutions, and translate that research into actionable next steps.
  • Improve how we work which includes project tracking, clinical documentation, information management, and AI-enabled workflows without adding bureaucracy to a small team.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in project management, clinical research, healthcare operations, biotech, life sciences, consulting, or another highly operational environment.
  • Strong scientific and clinical literacy. You can understand medical terminology, biomarkers, laboratory testing, scientific literature, and experimental protocols well enough to communicate effectively with clinicians and researchers.
  • Track record of owning complex projects end to end, including at least one you can walk through in detail from an ambiguous problem to a completed outcome.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail. You can manage dozens of simultaneous workstreams while maintaining a clear understanding of status, ownership, and next actions.
  • Excellent written communication. We're a small, fast-moving team and much of our coordination is async.
  • High agency and comfort operating with ambiguity. When there isn't an established playbook, you're comfortable figuring out what needs to happen and driving it forward.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in health, medical, biotech, diagnostics, clinical research, or another scientifically complex domain.
  • Experience coordinating directly with physicians, researchers, laboratories, or other healthcare and scientific partners.
  • Experience interpreting and synthesizing scientific literature, medical records, laboratory results, or complex health data.
  • Experience using AI and modern software tools to research, organize information, analyze data, and automate operational workflows.
  • Startup experience: comfortable operating with significant ownership, rapidly changing priorities, and building systems from scratch.
  • A clinical license is not required. Exceptional project management, scientific curiosity, and the ability to rapidly develop clinical literacy matter more than a specific credential.
