Position Summary

Level: Sr. Consultant or equivalent

As an experienced Sr. Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high-quality work products within due timelines. You will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Work you’ll do:

• Define the semantic layer approach: grain, relationships, governed definitions and metric ownership
• Design how Data 360 data (DMOs, Calculated Insights, Data Spaces) is modeled for analytics, with attention to query performance and Data 360 credit consumption
• Define the access, sharing, workspace and row-level security strategy, aligned to the Salesforce security model
• Review semantic models, metrics and dashboards; enforce best practices and mentor Consultants
• Lead requirements workshops, estimate effort and manage dependencies
• Lead UAT, documentation and business user training

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• 6+ years in BI with Tableau, including hands-on Tableau Next delivery and at least 1 engagement as design lead.
• All Must-have requirements of the Tableau Next Consultant role
• Led the design of a semantic layer (Tableau Semantics or equivalent enterprise semantic modeling) on at least 1 engagement
• Working knowledge of Data 360 concepts and APIs as they affect analytics: Data Streams, DLO, DMO, Data Spaces, Unified Profiles, Calculated Insights, Data Graphs
• Experience designing analytics governance and row-level security

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• Tableau and Salesforce certifications
• Zero Copy federation, consent and governance, and Data Kits
• Experience or knowledge of AI tools (MS Copilot, Claude or similar) applied in delivery, for example for mapping, documentation or code assistance, is an added advantage

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent from accredited university
