JOB PURPOSE
To plan & monitor the upkeep of movement area, coordination for VVIP movements with PMO / SPG & issuance of Work permits in accordance with the regulatory compliance at DIAL to ensure smooth airside operations. Responsible for managing and monitoring multi-location WAN and LAN networks to ensure seamless connectivity and IT service delivery across sites. The role will also support new requirements, enhancements, and technology integrations while ensuring stable day-to-day operations. The incumbent will work with internal teams and partners to deliver reliable IT services, while maintaining moderate knowledge of Radios and Private 5G technologies for future-readiness.

Key Performance Indicators
Manage performance of WAN/LAN networks across multiple locations and ensure high availability.
Network uptime, incident resolution time
Lead and guide support team for new requirements, changes, and infrastructure upgrades.
Timely delivery of enhancements and requests
Monitor and maintain IT services ensuring smooth operations across all offices/plants.
User satisfaction, minimal service disruption
Evaluate and recommend network improvements in line with emerging technologies (Private 5G, etc.).
Pilots executed
Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and service providers for issue resolution and project execution.
SLA adherence, project completion within timelines
