About the Role:

Ensisinfo Inc is looking for a driven and experienced Salesforce Product Manager to join our growing team in St. Louis, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our CRM strategy and lead impactful product initiatives on the Salesforce platform. Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the Salesforce product roadmap, aligning CRM strategy with business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable Salesforce solutions
  • Oversee Salesforce platform development, including Apex customizations and configuration
  • Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and bug fixes across the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Partner with development, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless CRM integration and adoption
  • Monitor product performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product release cycles

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce product management or a related CRM role
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Flows, and Lightning components
  • Proven experience managing product lifecycles and cross-functional teams
  • Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into product decisions
