Role Overview
As a Premium Enterprise Delivery Manager, you will lead large merchant implementations and premium delivery programmes from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery, strong stakeholder engagement, operational excellence, and a consistently high customer experience while driving efficient and scalable deployment outcomes.
What you will do
- Lead large merchant implementations and premium delivery programmes from planning through deployment.
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for assigned enterprise customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Manage customer issues, risks, and escalations through to successful resolution.
- Drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement across all engagements.
- Establish effective project governance, including reporting, RAID management, and escalation processes.
- Lead project meetings, governance forums, and executive steering committees when required.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards.
- Collaborate with delivery, technical, finance, and commercial teams to achieve successful outcomes.
- Support delivery acceleration, portfolio prioritisation, and revenue growth initiatives.
Who you are
- Experience in programme delivery, project management, customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Highly organised with strong planning and execution skills.
- Confident using reporting, presentation, and project management tools.
- Proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience within payments, fintech, hospitality technology, or financial services.
- Experience managing large-scale customer implementations or enterprise projects.
- Additional European language skills.
