As we continue to strengthen our regional footprint, we are building a business driven by product expertise, customer trust, commercial excellence, and a passion for luxury.
About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Product Manager who combines a strong understanding of luxury fashion with commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Join us in shaping our company and contributing to the growth of a luxury retail business across two dynamic Southeast Asian markets.
Role Details:
The Product Manager will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for one or more of Luxehouze's digital product areas (Watch & Fashion e-commerce: discovery, consideration, conversion, and supporting operations). This role translates business goals and customer insights into a clear product strategy, roadmap, and well-defined requirements, then drives execution with Design, Engineering, QA, and Business stakeholders.
Success is measured by business outcomes (qualified traffic, conversion, leads, and revenue), not output alone. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, and hands-on execution.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for assigned product areas, aligned with company OKRs and business priorities.
- Conduct product discovery: identify customer problems and opportunities using research, analytics, and stakeholder input.
- Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and prioritize the backlog based on impact and effort.
- Lead sprint planning and delivery with Engineering, Design, and QA in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Define success metrics and track product performance using GA4, Mixpanel, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
- Design and run experiments (A/B tests) to validate hypotheses and improve conversion across the customer journey.
- Manage stakeholders across Business, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership; communicate progress, trade-offs, and decisions clearly
- Oversee release readiness (UAT, go-to-market coordination) and post-launch evaluation.
- Mentor Associate/Junior PMs and contribute to improving product processes and documentation.
Requirement & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in e-commerce, marketplace, or consumer technology.
- Proven track record of shipping digital products that moved growth, conversion, or revenue metrics.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with product analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and basic SQL is a plus.
- Experience defining roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, and managing the full product development lifecycle.
- Familiar with experimentation methodology and hypothesis-driven product development.
- Good technical understanding (web architecture, APIs) to collaborate effectively with engineers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams using Jira, Notion, Figma, or similar tools.
- Experience in Luxury Retail, Fashion, Watches, Startup or high-consideration / high-ticket products will be a plus point.
