The Senior Manager will lead the transfer of supplier know-how into R&D and manage supplier market analysis to align technology roadmaps. They are responsible for executing cross-site cost savings projects and driving Design for Sourcing (DfS) activities.

Your roleKey responsibilities in your new role
- Transfer of supplier know-how into R&D, synergizing IFX R&D road maps with supplier road maps
- Early Supplier Involvement.
- Supplier market and demand analysis (from a technical perspective) and identification and analysis of potential suppliers.
- Together with category Managers, responsible for project initial inquiries and budgetary quotes.
- Responsible for cross-site concept savings projects' execution and follow-through.
- Analysis of material cost structure (should cost, best can do, value analysis, linear performance pricing) or database for cost breakdown.
- Drive standardization in R&D and material supplier chain optimization to support best cost country sourcing and multi sourcing.
- Development of supplier technology, process and material landscapes.
- Project Lead for Design for Sourcing (DfS) activities for the assigned category.

- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of working experience, preferably in the semiconductor / substrate / PCB industry.
