About the role
The Product Manager will lead the solution design, product planning, and full lifecycle management for data center and server power supplies. They are responsible for managing the NPDI process, including project evaluations, cost management, and presenting roadmaps to key customers.

Job Responsibilities
- Stay up to date on industry dynamics and standards, collect customer requirements, and take charge of the solution design and product planning for data center DC power supply and server power supplies.
- Act as the Product Manager (Offering Lead) within the NPDI (New Product Development & Introduction) process, taking responsibility for project initiation evaluations, requirement specifications, target cost management, and product launches.
- Manage full product lifecycles, including transitions between old and new products as well as product retirement (EOL) management.
- Regularly present product roadmaps and new solution proposals to key customers.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree or above, majoring in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
- Good understanding of the server power supply industry, with 3+ years of experience in power supply or data center power solution development/application.
- Strong solution presentation and pitching skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and identify their underlying needs.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of driving cross-functional collaboration internally.
- Fluent English listening and speaking skills, comfortable participating in global meetings and reporting on related products and business.
- Strong sense of responsibility, goal-oriented, proactive thinker, and accountable for product success.
