Job Description:

At Remitly, we believe everyone deserves the freedom to access, move, and manage their money wherever life takes them. Since 2011, we’ve tirelessly delivered on our promise to customers sending money globally, providing secure, simple, and reliable ways to manage their money, ensuring true peace of mind. Whether it’s supporting loved ones back home, growing a business across continents, or pursuing new opportunities abroad, we’re not just here to move money— we’re here to move our global customers forward. We’re looking for builders, reimaginers, and global thinkers who want to work at the intersection of technology, trust, and transformation. If that’s you and you’re ready to do the most meaningful work of your career—we invite you to join over 2,800 passionate Remitlians worldwide who are united by our vision to transform livesAbout the Role:

Remitly is building the Remitly Global Card, a card and account that gives customers a single, trusted place to hold, spend, and move their money, launching across multiple geographies.

As Senior Product Marketing Manager for Global Card, you are the voice of the customer inside the product team and the voice of the product in the market. You'll define who this card is for, why it matters to them, and how we say it, and then carry that through launch across new geographies, one market at a time. You'll partner closely with Product, Analytics, Design, Compliance, and regional Marketing teams as a cross-functional team that moves fast and builds with AI in the loop every day.

This is a builder's seat on a product still finding its shape, not a launch-calendar function. You will report to the General Manager, Remitly Global Card, and work in a hybrid capacity Tuesday - Thursday from our Arlington, VA office.

You Will:

  • Own positioning and messaging for Global Card — who it's for, what it replaces, and why it earns a place in a customer's financial life. Translate deep customer understanding into messaging that lands with migrant and multicultural audiences across very different markets.
  • Drive go-to-market end to end for launches and major features — GTM strategy briefs, launch tiering, readiness, channel briefs, and post-launch debriefs — ensuring every launch is anchored in customer insight, executed with rigor, and aligned to business priorities.
  • Lead market entry. As Global Card expands beyond the U.S., you'll size the audience, adapt positioning to local context and regulation, partner with regional teams on launch plans, and read what works market by market.
  • Shape the roadmap. Bring competitive, customer, and market evidence into product planning, and influence what gets built — not just how it's announced.
  • Partner with Analytics on the full funnel — acquisition, onboarding, activation, funding, first spend, and retention. Use unit economics and customer behavior data to decide where marketing effort actually moves the business, and hold yourself to measurable outcomes.
  • Work in an AI-first way — using LLM-based tools to accelerate research, message testing, competitive tracking, and content production, and to automate the repetitive work so your time goes to the strategic problems. AI tools are part of how this team works, not a side experiment.
  • Enable scale and repeatability by codifying what works into playbooks and standards other PMMs and channel owners can run without you in the room.
  • Communicate with clarity to executives — distilling a complex, regulated, multi-market product into a crisp narrative leadership can act on.

You Have:

  • 6+ years of product marketing or related go-to-market experience in a data-driven consumer (B2C) product company, with a strong track record of leading GTM strategy and influencing product roadmaps.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or financial services, with exposure to international or multicultural audiences.
  • Proven success launching new products and features for diverse consumer audiences through strategic acumen, data-driven decision-making, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong ability to craft compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with customers and drives product and feature adoption.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret unit economics, consumer behavior, and market data to inform marketing strategy.
  • Extensive experience collaborating with Product, Business, and Marketing teams to develop strategies, execute experiments, and analyze results that drive successful launches.
  • Fluency with AI-first tools and workflows, and an instinct to reach for them first.
