We’re on the hunt for a Data Analyst. Are you passionate about turning complex data into practical insights that drive business growth? Do you enjoy building dashboards, identifying patterns, and using technology to solve real business problems? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Data Analyst, you will uncover insights that support the growth of our telesales business and increase new customer acquisition. You’ll maintain and develop dashboards and reports, contribute to machine-learning and analytics projects, and automate manual processes using tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Power Automate.

If you have the following:

  • A bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Approximately four years’ experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Specialist, or in a similar role.
  • Strong experience working with SQL, Excel, Power BI or Tableau, and Python or R.
  • Experience cleaning, analysing, and interpreting complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • The ability to build clear dashboards and communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Microsoft Fabric and Power Automate.
  • Experience in financial services, insurance, telesales, BPO, or a similar high-volume environment would be advantageous.
