Summary

The organization is looking for a seasoned expert with 8 to 13 years of specialized experience to spearhead the assessment, refinement, and sustained support of the Cortex platform within the Indian region. This critical position entails managing the complete lifecycle of platform capabilities, spanning from initial evaluation and rigorous testing to successful deployment and user adoption. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining system reliability, optimizing end-user processes, and fostering continuous advancement by implementing strategic upgrades to scorecards, templates, and analytical dashboards, ultimately maximizing the platform's strategic value for the enterprise.

Location: PAN INDIA

Responsibilities

  • Direct the end-to-end lifecycle management of Cortex platform features, ensuring seamless transitions from concept to production.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and testing protocols to validate system performance and functionality prior to deployment.
  • Facilitate user enablement and adoption strategies to ensure efficient utilization of platform tools across the organization.
  • Enhance system stability and operational efficiency through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by refining scorecards, updating templates, and optimizing analytical dashboards to meet evolving business needs.
  • Streamline complex end-user workflows to reduce friction and increase productivity.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in Python development at an advanced level.
  • Extensive professional experience with .NET Core development.
  • Proficiency in utilizing GitHub Enterprise Cloud and implementing CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions.
  • Strong background in developing and managing Azure Functions.
  • Demonstrated capability in designing and orchestrating Azure Logic Apps.
  • In-depth knowledge of REST API architecture and integration methodologies.
  • Solid foundation in Platform Engineering principles and DevOps best practices.
