Job Description
- Establish and manage the erection plan for projects, ensuring compliance with HSE, quality, time, and cost requirements.
- Coordinate resource planning in collaboration with the Project Manager and HSMIC.
- Support site personnel to achieve work package objectives.
- Specify and procure installation packages and tools in cooperation with Site Manager.
- Source and contract third-party personnel for site work.
- Monitor progress, identify deviations and risks, and act proactively in coordination with the Project Director (PD).
- Develop and implement erection and crane concepts, including sequencing.
- Conduct constructability assessments and plan site schedule activities.
- Ensure adherence to company HSE requirements and best practices on site.
- Provide regular reporting to the PD on progress, risks, and site activities.
Qualifications
- Several years’ experience in plant erection, preferably large industrial plants.
- Experience in site management, erection planning, and interdisciplinary project work.
- Strong market and product knowledge in the relevant field.
- Ability to establish high-level planning based on analysis.
- Commercial acumen to make decisions and influence within scope of responsibility.
- Excellent communication in French and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, SAP, and PIRS; valid SCC and IOSH certifications.
- Ability to motivate employees and conduct technical negotiations with subcontractors.
