About the Role
Mosaic is seeking a hands-on, employee-centric Product Manager – Digital Workplace & Collaboration to lead, elevate, and standardize our internal digital workplace ecosystem.
In this role, you will serve as the primary bridge between business units and technology—focusing on front-end business needs discovery, workflow enablement, and user adoption across our core collaboration stack.
Crucial Platform Note: Our enterprise collaboration strategy is anchored strictly in Google Workspace. We are looking for a champion who thrives in a 100% Google-first environment.
What You’ll Do
• Drive Google Workspace Excellence: Serve as our internal champion for Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Forms, Sites, etc.), establishing best practices, standardizing team templates, and maximizing employee engagement across the platform.
• Front-End Discovery & Intake: Partner closely with non-technical business units across the organization to gather workflow requirements, map current processes, and identify collaboration friction points.
• Business Enablement & Low-Code Workflows: Design and configure user-friendly, front-end solution templates using our primary collaboration toolkit, including Smartsheet, Jotform, Miro, and Canva.
• Seamless IT Hand-Off: Act as the strategic liaison between business teams and IT. Once business requirements and front-end mockups/templates are defined, you will document clean functional specifications and hand off technical execution, backend infrastructure, or complex system integrations to the core IT/Engineering teams.
• Change Management & Training: Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), facilitate user onboarding sessions, and drive organizational change management to ensure high adoption rates for digital workplace initiatives.
What This Role Is NOT
• This is not a software engineering, backend IT, or system administration role. You will not be managing servers, writing custom backend code, or managing IT security infrastructure—our dedicated IT team handles technical execution.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
• Deep Google Workspace Expertise: Proven experience configuring, standardizing, and optimizing workflows within an enterprise Google Workspace environment.
• Strong Front-End Business Partnership: Demonstrated ability to interview non-technical stakeholders, translate operational pain points into clear requirements, and design intuitive, front-end collaboration workflows.
• Low-Code & Collaboration Stack Fluency: Hands-on experience with productivity tools such as Smartsheet, Jotform, Miro, and Canva.
• Clean Technical Handoff Capability: Experience authoring functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams to transition complex backend builds, security controls, or system integrations over to IT.
• Change Management Mindset: Strong passion for training employees, driving platform adoption, and simplifying daily work routines.
Role Requirements & Location Constraints
• Location & On-Site Availability: Omaha, NE or surrounding area. Candidates should ideally be within comfortable driving distance to our Omaha headquarters for periodic on-site collaboration, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
• Work Authorization: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship (H-1B, OPT/STEM OPT transfer, etc.). Mosaic is unable to provide sponsorship for this position.
