Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of small projects with low complexity. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks proactively.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from order receipt through execution, testing, delivery, and project closure.
- Technical & Commercial Review: Review technical specifications, drawings, commercial offers, contractual requirements, project costs, and scope of supply.
- Schedule & Cost Control: Manage project timelines, milestones, budgets, costs, risks, and profitability.
- ABB Product Knowledge: Good technical understanding of MV/LV switchgear GIS , AIS , , circuit breakers, protection systems, and service/retrofit projects.
- Customer & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate effectively with customers, factories, suppliers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
- SAP Knowledge: Experience with SAP for order handling, material management, project follow-up, and cost monitoring.
- Safety & Integrity: Strong HSE awareness and commitment to ABB safety, integrity, and quality requirements.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation and provide clear and regular project status reports.
Qualifications for the role
- 5+years of experience in a similar role
- Engineering background with relevant experience in electrical projects, preferably switchgear and service projects, with strong project management, communication, and commercial skills.
- Ability to work independently at customer sites and travel as required.
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
