Job Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end program execution for large-scale transformation initiatives, ensuring scope, milestones, and outcomes are clearly defined and delivered.
  • Build and maintain integrated plans across workstreams, including timelines, resourcing assumptions, dependencies, and cutover/rollout considerations to enable on-time delivery and smooth integration.
  • Partner with engineering, architecture, product, and business teams to translate requirements into actionable plans, track progress, and surface delivery risks and trade-offs.
  • Own delivery hygiene and governance inputs, including RAID logs, status reporting, action tracking, and preparation for steering/forums to ensure decision-ready visibility.
  • Drive iterative delivery practices by supporting Agile and hybrid delivery cadences (e.g., sprint planning, PI planning inputs, retrospectives, and delivery metrics).
  • Proactively identify and help mitigate risks and blockers, coordinating issue resolution, escalation paths, and contingency planning with program leadership.
  • Develop clear, data-driven reporting and insights, leveraging dashboards and visualization to communicate progress, outcomes, and trends to stakeholders.
  • Enable stakeholder engagement and change readiness, supporting communications, workshops, training coordination, and feedback loops that improve adoption and execution.
  • Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency, identifying opportunities to standardize, automate, and simplify delivery workflows.
  • Build AI fluency and apply agentic tools/agents where appropriate, exploring practical use cases (e.g., status automation, dependency analysis, portfolio insights, documentation) while partnering with teams to ensure responsible, governed adoption.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Formal training or certification on technical program management concepts and advanced applied experience within a large organization.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional technology initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, systems, and delivery timelines.
  • Strong analytical skills to track program performance, identify issues early, and support data-driven decisions (KPIs/OKRs, delivery metrics, trend analysis).
  • Working knowledge of risk, dependency, and issue management, including maintaining RAID artifacts and supporting escalation and mitigation plans.
  • Familiarity with delivery methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall), and ability to operate effectively in hybrid environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to produce crisp status updates, meeting notes, and stakeholder-ready materials.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical fluency with modern systems and digital tools, enabling effective collaboration with engineering and architecture partners.
  • AI fluency and intellectual curiosity, with willingness to learn and apply current agentic tools/agents to improve delivery execution, transparency, and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to evaluate and articulate AI/agent-assisted use cases and success measures, and to support adoption in partnership with engineering and control stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience supporting enterprise programs with governance routines (steering materials, financial tracking, dependency management, release readiness).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort working with senior partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma) a plus.
