Job Title: Train Project Engineering Manager (PREM)

We’re looking for a Train Project Engineering Manager to lead engineering project management and Design to Cost activities at our Santa Perpetua site in Barcelona. You’ll work alongside people who take ownership, drive innovation, and contribute to building greener and smarter mobility solutions.
Your role, your impact
- Lead and manage Project Engineering Manager (PrEM) and Design to Cost (DtC) activities across projects and tenders
- Ensure delivery of Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) commitments
- Oversee deployment of Alstom engineering processes, standards and QMS
- Support PrEM teams in issue resolution and priority definition
- Manage team capacity, skills development and resource allocation
- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices with Central Engineering
- Drive the Design to Cost approach and team development
You’ll work with committed teams across engineering, operations and project management – solving complex challenges that shape the future of rail mobility.
