Job Description
The HR Specialist will play a crucial role in improving the performance of the AI/ML system by providing accurate and comprehensive annotated data, including job skills and verifying or correcting fit scores. By confirming or dismissing candidate matches, the model will learn and provide a better user experience for recruiters, leading to better candidate fit scores and higher match rates for customer job postings .
What You’ll Do
- Annotate job and candidate data accurately, including job skills
- Verify or correct system generated fit scores
- Confirm or dismiss AI candidate matches to posted jobs
- Contribute to the improvement of AI/ML model quality through annotated data
- Enhance candidate fit scores and better candidate match rates for customer job postings.
What You’ve Done
- 1+ years’ experience in recruitment with good analytical skills
- Proven experience to understand JD’s and critically analyze to screen profiles
- Resilience and adaptivity to deliver consistently on the targets.
- Able to work in rotational shifts, including occasional weekends, as required
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management (or related field)
