We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the day-to-day direction, discovery, prioritisation, and delivery of Praxis. Working closely with the VP, Product Development, you will translate product strategy into measurable customer outcomes, evidence-based investment decisions, and a clear product roadmap.

  • Lead experimentation and product discovery activities to validate assumptions and reduce uncertainty.
  • Improve product adoption, activation, retention, and customer value outcomes.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Product leadership to deliver high-quality customer outcomes.
  • Define, monitor, and report on product performance metrics and outcomes.
  • Leverage AI tools to support product discovery, prototyping, problem-solving, and delivery.

  • Experience with AI-enabled product development and rapid prototyping tools.
  • Experience building or scaling B2B SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with product analytics and experimentation frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise product investments using customer, market, and business data.
  • Experience owning and managing product roadmaps and backlogs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable product decisions.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams in agile product development environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.

What we offer:

  • Work within a dynamic international team of experts.
  • Excellent opportunity for personal and professional development.
  • Flexible work model and the freedom to choose the tools that suit you best - Mac or Windows.
  • Ability to work with modern technologies.
  • Extensive catalogue of educational programs, the possibility of training and certification at the expense of the company.
  • Health and life insurance.
  • Meal allowance.
