Job Description

The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Security & Identity Specialist to design, implement, and manage security and access controls across Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The role focuses on identity and access management, secure authentication, cloud security configuration, environment and release management, and compliance with government security standards.

Key Responsibilities• Design and manage Oracle Fusion role-based access controls, data security policies, and segregation-of-duties (SoD) controls.

  • Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) integrations with enterprise identity providers using SAML and OIDC protocols.
  • Configure and manage OCI identity and security services, including OCI IAM, Vault, Web Application Firewall (WAF), Cloud Guard, and private networking.
  • Manage Oracle Cloud environment refreshes, environment maintenance, and release management activities.
  • Map Oracle Cloud security controls to applicable security standards, including ISO 27001, UAE Information Assurance (UAE IA), and DESC Information Security Regulation (ISR).
  • Identify security gaps, coordinate remediation activities, and ensure findings from security assessments and testing are addressed.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of security governance, compliance, and access management procedures.

Candidates must meet all the following requirements to be considered:

  • Experience: 10+ years of overall professional experience, including at least 5 years in Oracle Cloud security.
  • Oracle Fusion Security: Hands-on experience designing and implementing Fusion role-based access controls and data security.
  • Identity and Access Management: Proven experience configuring SSO and MFA integrations with enterprise identity providers using SAML and/or OIDC.
  • OCI Security: Practical experience with OCI IAM, Vault, WAF, and Cloud Guard.
  • Environment and Release Management: Experience managing Oracle Cloud environment refreshes and release management.
  • Security Compliance: Experience mapping security controls to recognized security standards, such as ISO 27001, UAE IA, or DESC ISR.
  • Travel Flexibility: Ability and willingness to travel to Dubai regularly, with a valid passport and flexibility to work on-site during designated periods.
  • Communication: Excellent written and spoken English.

Preferred QualificationsThe following qualifications will be considered an advantage when evaluating shortlisted candidates:

  • Hands-on experience with DESC ISR requirements and compliance.
  • Experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud, particularly Advanced Access Controls.
  • Experience with Oracle Data Safe.
  • Experience integrating Oracle Cloud security solutions with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms.
  • Relevant professional certifications, such as CISSP, CCSP, or OCI Security Professional.

What We Are Looking ForA security professional with strong hands-on Oracle Cloud expertise, a solid understanding of identity and access management, and the ability to align cloud security implementations with government security and compliance requirements.
