At Cognyte, we’re building the next generation of Decision Intelligence solutions - combining data, analytics, and AI grounded in deep domain expertise to solve complex real-world problems.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Nexyte team in Sofia and lead key areas of our visual analytics experience - including Map as a Workspace, BI and dashboard frameworks, and related analytical capabilities used across our solutions.

This is a role for someone who is excited about identifying new opportunities, shaping product strategy, turning complex user needs into simple and differentiated experiences, and taking products from concept through adoption.

You’ll work closely with Engineering, UX, customers, domain product teams, and go-to-market functions to shape reusable capabilities that help analysts explore data, understand patterns, visualize relationships and activity, and move faster from information to decision.s used for creating requisitions 'from scratch'.

As a Cognyter you will:

  • Play a key role in shaping the product direction, and lead the roadmap, prioritization, and lifecycle for map-centric analytical workspaces, BI/dashboard frameworks, and related visual analytics capabilities.
  • Define how users interact with complex, high-volume data through maps, dashboards, visualizations, filtering, exploration, and analytical workflows.
  • Identify common needs across different Nexyte domains and turn them into reusable platform capabilities, while supporting domain-specific experiences where needed.
  • Translate customer, market, UX, and business needs into clear product definitions, priorities, user stories, and roadmap initiatives.
  • Work closely with Engineering and UX teams in Sofia AND IN Israel to drive product discovery, design, execution, and delivery.
  • Partner with domain Product Managers to ensure horizontal capabilities support real investigative and operational workflows.
  • Conduct customer and market discovery to identify opportunities, validate concepts, and continuously improve the product experience.
  • Collaborate with Presales, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on positioning, enablement, demonstrations, and go-to-market activities.
  • Track relevant market and technology trends in visual analytics, geospatial intelligence, BI, data exploration, and AI-assisted analytics.

Requirements

For that mission you'll need:

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience in a software, SaaS, data, analytics, or technology-driven environment, preferably in a startup or high-growth company.
  • Experience defining products or capabilities involving data visualization, analytics, BI, dashboards, geospatial products, or complex data-driven user experiences.
  • Strong product sense and the ability to simplify complex analytical problems into intuitive user experiences.
  • Proven ability to identify common product patterns and turn them into scalable, reusable capabilities.
  • Ability to translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements while maintaining a strong strategic product perspective.
  • Experience working closely with Engineering and UX teams throughout discovery, design, development, and release.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence across teams without formal authority.
  • Business-oriented and customer-focused mindset, with the curiosity and ownership needed to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving product environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to two times per quarter, as business needs require.
  • An endlessly curious mind.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with mapping, GIS, geospatial analytics, or location-based products.
  • Experience with BI platforms, dashboarding frameworks, or visual analytics products.
  • Experience working with large-scale or complex datasets.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics or analytical workflows.
