Job Summary:
Health Choice Network is looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role will provide the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of projects across digital, web, and print media, with a strong emphasis on web design and digital user experience.
We are seeking a designer with demonstrated experience creating website layouts, landing pages, and responsive web experiences. The ideal candidate possesses strong web design skills, understands UX/UI best practices, and can create visually compelling, user-friendly digital experiences that support organizational goals. You will work closely with our marketing team to produce materials that effectively communicate our brand message across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce graphic materials for digital platforms, including websites, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, and other online marketing tools.
- Create website page layouts, landing pages, and digital assets using modern web design principles and tools.
- Apply strong web design and UX/UI principles, including user-centered design, responsiveness, accessibility, and visual hierarchy.
- Design and optimize web experiences that are visually engaging, intuitive, and mobile-friendly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, concepts, branding guidelines, and website objectives.
- Create layouts, designs, and graphics for print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and advertisements.
- Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and web design tools to create high-quality visual assets.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts.
- Maintain and organize design files, website assets, and resources.
- Prepare final designs for web deployment and print production.
- Engage in project meetings and contribute creatively within a team environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Web Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of graphic design experience (internship and freelance experience considered).
- Demonstrated web design experience is required.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong web design skills are required, including experience designing websites and landing pages using tools such as Wix Studio/EditorX, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, accessibility standards, user flows, and digital design best practices.
- A portfolio that clearly demonstrates web design experience, including website layouts, landing pages, or digital user experiences, is required.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to feedback and revisions.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing and maintaining websites for organizations, businesses, or agencies.
- Familiarity with website design systems, wireframing, prototyping, and user experience best practices.
- Experience collaborating on website projects from concept to launch.
