Responsibilities

• Own Features End-to-End: Take ideas and half-built things all the way to production — spec, delivery, release, and the numbers that come after. Some of it is brand new, a lot of it is making what already works work much better — for 500M+ users.
• Master the Dynamic Pace: Thrive in a high-speed, dynamic environment where priorities adapt quickly based on real-time user data and AI breakthroughs.
• Full Product Freedom: Test bold hypotheses, leverage cutting-edge AI tools, and build smart, automated workflows with total autonomy to experiment.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner directly with Engineering, Creative, Analytics, and Ops to turn raw ideas into high-performing, real-time features.
• Analyze, Adapt, Scale: Dive into performance metrics, user behavior, and operational feedback to continuously pivot and optimize user experience.

Requirements

Who You Are

• You Don’t Wait for Someone Else: Need a number — you write the SQL. Need to know how something works — you read the code and the git history. Need a prototype to prove a point — you build it. AI is what makes all of that realistic for one person, and that’s why AI-first isn’t a bonus here, it’s the baseline.
• Experienced Product Driver: 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager managing complex technical or operational products.
• Adaptable & Resilient: You love fast-moving environments, embrace changing requirements, and turn ambiguity into clear, actionable technical tasks.
• Execution Specialist: Skilled at breaking down big, ambitious visions into crisp functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• High Ownership: You take complete accountability for your projects, possess strong communication skills, and love seeing your work impact millions of live users.
