Full description

My responsibilities:

Planning, development and maintenance of a Microsoft Azure hosted Citrix environment with Windows clients 
Monitor system health and performance, and proactively address risks (capacity management, performance tuning, log analysis)
Implement and maintain security baselines and best practices
Being a contact for support requests as a 3rd level IT Engineer  
Supporting IT projects in an international environment  
Create/update knowledge base articles for 1st and 2nd level 
Continuously improve operations through automation and standardization where applicable

The knowledge I own:

Strong English skill is a must as you will conduct your day-to-day work mostly in English (meetings, documentation etc.), German knowledge is an advantage, but not a deciding factor  
Solid knowledge of Windows 11 administration in an enterprise environment  
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Citrix
Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting  
Well-organized, have strong communication skills, customer-oriented attitude  
Can work in a multi-shift operation (Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM - 22:00 PM)
