Full description
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master who sits at the crossroads of business, technology, and end-user experience.
You’ll take ownership of delivery engagements at The Software Practice and be involved in the entire project lifecycle, from helping clients define the vision of the product to ensuring pixel-perfect design before launch. You’ll work closely with our team of engineers and designers, as well as our clients, to iterate and drive the product from initial scope through to production.
Our ideal candidate should have strong business acumen and a strong understanding of information technology (IT) related domains.
Responsibilites
- Strategic Project & Resource Management: Oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams, including proactive resource planning, capacity management, and timeline synchronization to ensure seamless execution against project requirements.
- Stakeholder & Technical Leadership: Act as the primary interface for senior client stakeholders, managing expectations and steering project objectives. Coordinate high-level technical efforts, including architecture reviews and infrastructure collaboration, to ensure alignment with both business goals and technical constraints.
- Agile Delivery & Roadmap Planning: Develop and execute product roadmaps, manage sprints, and facilitate daily/weekly stand-ups to drive team velocity, remove blockers, and maintain focus on delivery milestones.
- Process & Documentation Management: Standardize and maintain project documentation, project plans, and status reports to ensure clear communication of progress, risks, and project health to both internal management and external clients.
- Requirements & User Experience Strategy: Drive requirements-gathering workshops and oversee the translation of business problems into actionable user stories and functional specifications.
- Strategic Contribution: Participate in high-level strategic decision-making alongside the management team to align product direction with organizational goals and market needs.

- You must be able to set and define systems and processes to deliver end products with meticulous attention to detail.
- You must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well with multiple groups and levels within our company and our clients’ organisations. You must be able to write clearly and concisely.
- You must understand the nuances of implementation approaches and be able to make sensible trade-offs along the way to ensure high product quality and on-time delivery.
