Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze product and business data, investigate issues, and support solution delivery. This role requires strong SQL and analytical skills, the ability to work with complex and evolving requirements, and the confidence to communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience within the healthcare domain will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and support solution implementation.
  • Analyze product behavior and data using SQL, Excel, and analytics tools to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Utilize APIs and system outputs to validate functionality and support issue investigation.
  • Research healthcare regulations, CMS guidelines, and industry standards to support business and product requirements.
  • Work with clients and internal teams to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve business and system-related issues.
  • Create and maintain business requirements, process flows, user stories, and supporting documentation.
  • Support change impact analysis, testing, issue triaging, and implementation activities.
  • Track requirements, defects, and progress through Jira and other project management tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant Business Analyst or related experience.
  • Strong SQL and database querying skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Experience working with APIs, system analysis, and data validation is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of U.S. Healthcare processes, CMS guidelines, or healthcare regulations is an advantage.
