We are seeking a Backend Developer skilled in Go to contribute end-to-end on cloud-native, web-scale services. You’ll join our self-organized agile team, own back-end features, and help run production operations under guidance from senior engineers.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate in an agile team to build, own, and run backend services.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices in Golang.
- Contribute to service reliability: monitoring, alerting, metrics, logging, and on-call rotations.
- Translate product requirements into robust, maintainable code with a focus on performance and security.
- Identify opportunities to improve scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot complex issues spanning code, infrastructure, and third-party integrations.

- 4–7 years of professional experience building web applications.
- Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) and RESTful API design.
- Experience developing cloud-native services with high performance and availability.
- Solid grasp of software design patterns and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, MSSQL) and SQL optimization.
- Comfortable with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and collaborative development.
- Excellent debugging and communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway).
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Hands-on with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Background in performance tuning and disaster-recovery strategies.
Education
- B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
