Overview: Lead high-impact transformation initiatives from concept to delivery. You will drive execution across complex, cross-functional teams—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own end-to-end project delivery: scope, plan, milestones, and governance
  • Drive execution, manage dependencies, and remove delivery blockers
  • Lead RAID management (risks, issues, dependencies, decisions)
  • Establish Agile or hybrid delivery cadence and release planning
  • Engage senior stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
  • Ensure strong governance, controls, and regulatory compliance
  • Oversee testing, go-live readiness, and post-launch support
  • Track performance, KPIs, and benefits realisation

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5–15 years’ experience delivering large-scale transformation in financial services
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-team programmes
  • Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills
  • Solid understanding of governance and risk frameworks
  • Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus

Additional Information:

  • Based in Hong Kong (onsite at client office)
  • Fluent English required; Cantonese & Mandarin strongly preferred
  • Working within a leading Retail & Wealth Banking environment
