Senior CRM Project Manager

abra SAP Department is seeking for an experienced CRM/ERP Implementer & Project Manager.

We are looking for a skilled SAP CRM Implementer & Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end CRM projects, from initial setup and requirements gathering through implementation, go-live, and ongoing support.

This role requires strong CRM/ERP implementation expertise, proven project management experience, and the ability to lead projects from scratch, including requirements analysis, specification writing, client presentations, and coordination of multiple stakeholders.

A full-time, hybrid position, based in Central Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end CRM projects from the initial setup and planning stages through implementation and go-live.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
• Write functional specifications and define project scope, processes, and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, tasks, stakeholders, development teams, testing, implementation, and go-live activities.
• Present solutions, project progress, and deliverables to customers and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in CRM/ERP implementation – required.
• Proven experience in project management, including leading projects from the initial setup stage – required.
• Experience in writing functional specifications and defining business requirements – required.
• Experience with SAP – an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
