Your Everyday at Nexi As a IT Business Analyst, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based i Rzeszów. Together, we work on delivering impactful IT solutions that support business growth, optimize processes, and drive digital transformation across the organization. We collaborate with multiple stakeholders to translate business needs into effective and scalable technology solutions.
About Your Future Role In this position, you will:
- Conduct independent business analysis for IT projects in line with established standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Identify, analyze, and document stakeholders, business processes, project requirements, and potential risks.
- Prepare SWOT analyses and map project dependencies to support effective planning and decision-making.
- Plan, coordinate, and estimate the effort required for analytical activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Gather, document, validate, and clarify business and functional requirements in cooperation with key stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring a clear understanding of business needs and proposed solutions.
- Collaborate closely with service owners, project managers, solution architects, developers, and other IT stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Support the design and implementation of business solutions by translating business needs into actionable requirements and recommendations.

Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in business analysis within IT projects.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (minimum B2/C1 level).
- Proven experience in eliciting, analyzing, and defining business requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Analysis, Project Management, or a related field.
- Practical knowledge of BPMN and UML modeling techniques.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and continuous professional development.
Bonus Skills:
- Knowledge of ArchiMate notation and enterprise architecture concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience in ERP implementation or transformation projects.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working as a liaison between business and technical teams.
