Working across Product, Technology, Customer Experience, Commercial, Operations, and Finance, you will identify opportunities, challenge conventional thinking, and translate business needs into well-defined requirements, process improvements, and value-driven initiatives. You can translate those opportunities into practical, near-term initiatives that deliver value quickly while contributing to scalable, efficient, and standardized long-term solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Customer Experience, Commercial, Operations, and Finance to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements and user stories.
  • Identify business improvement opportunities, challenge existing processes and ways of working, and recommend technology-enabled solutions that drive measurable value.
  • Break down strategic opportunities and larger initiatives into actionable work items, enabling teams to deliver value incrementally while progressing toward scalable, efficient, and non-customized solutions.
  • Coordinate requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and prioritization activities across multiple initiatives and teams.
  • Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements, solution design, dependencies, and delivery expectations.
  • Support product backlogs, roadmap planning, and delivery execution by ensuring requirements are complete, traceable, and aligned to business objectives.
  • Coordinate testing, validation, and release readiness activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality expectations.
  • Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and action items, providing clear communication and status updates to stakeholders and leadership teams

You Will Bring

  • Experience in Business Analysis, Technical Coordination, Product Delivery, Technology Transformation, Systems Implementation, or related disciplines.
  • Knowledge of logistics operations and the end-to-end shipment lifecycle, including customer onboarding, booking, execution, tracking, invoicing, and support processes.
  • Understanding of technology capabilities commonly used within logistics and transportation environments, including digital customer platforms, operational systems, workflow automation, and reporting solutions.
  • Familiarity with system integration concepts and industry-standard integration methods, including APIs, EDI, event-based integrations, and data exchange between internal and external platforms.
  • Proven ability to gather, document, and manage business requirements, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into practical solutions and actionable delivery plans.
  • Experience working closely with business stakeholders, product managers, developers, architects, and operational teams.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile delivery practices, requirements management, testing, and change management.
