CYBERSECURITY SERVICE COORDINATOR - BARCELONA

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Service Coordinator to join a security governance and SOC service delivered to a major client in the healthcare sector. Although this is a coordination role, the successful candidate will also participate in the day-to-day operational activities of the service, working closely with technical teams while coordinating cybersecurity initiatives, service delivery and reporting.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity projects or managed security services.

• University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering or another relevant IT discipline.
• Fluent Catalan (mandatory).
• Professional Spanish (English is considered an advantage)

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE The ideal candidate should have knowledge of:• Cybersecurity governance frameworks and best practices.

• Security project management methodologies and service management processes.
• Microsoft Power BI or equivalent Business Intelligence platforms.
• Executive reporting and dashboard creation.
• Security metrics and KPI definition.
• Common infrastructure, application and platform vulnerabilities, including:• Authentication and authorization flaws
• Code injection
• Memory corruption vulnerabilities
• Cryptographic weaknesses
• Error and exception handling issues

• Security risk mitigation techniques and cost-effective remediation strategies.
• Threat landscape and attack vectors, including familiarity with the NIST Threat Catalogue or equivalent frameworks.

Nice to Have• Previous experience in healthcare or public sector environments.

• Experience coordinating managed SOC services.
• Knowledge of security governance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF or similar.
• Experience with service reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
