Requirements

Candidates should have 3–5 years of professional experience and a master's degree or an undergraduate degree with relevant work experience. Experience in management consulting is preferred, along with functional expertise in supply chain and logistics operations.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be a key contributor to the growth and development of our Strategic Operations (SOP) practice-Deliver Tower as we offer honest advice and practical guidance to our clients.

Working alongside a dedicated and diverse set of people, you will work alongside our clients to define and implement strategies that will deliver both short-term results and longer-term competitiveness in this ever-changing market environment.

Through unique hands-on experiences, you will broaden your knowledge across a breadth of topics while developing relationships with clients and colleagues across the firm.   • Transportation sourcing, carrier strategy, and 3PL performance management
  • Logistics cost reduction and cost-to-serve improvement
  • Supply chain resilience and disruption response
  • Sustainability strategy, including fleet electrification and logistics emissions reduction
  • Distribution operations innovation, AI technology, and agentic capabilities to improve distribution• Distribution and logistics operations
  • Warehouse operations and distribution center management
  • Logistics operating model design and performance management
  • Distribution technology implementation and digital logistics transformation
  • Transportation analytics, network modeling, and optimization tools

In Addition, We Look for Individuals with the Following Experience or Qualities

  • 3–5 years of professional experience.
  • A master's degree, or an undergraduate degree with relevant work experience.
  • Experience working as a Management Consultant preferred.
  • Located near, or willing to relocate to, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, New York, San Francisco, or Washington, D.C.
  • This role requires approximately 50–80%25 travel, based on client and business needs.

Senior Business Analyst base salary - $123,000 - $127,000: However, it is important to note that at Kearney, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, office location, knowledge and skills. Kearney reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness. In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
