Freelance DevOps Engineer – CI/CD Optimization

Your mission

Our team has a very high throughput, supported by AI coding agents. Our CI/CD pipeline has become a bottleneck. We're looking for an experienced freelancer to help us ship faster and more reliably while keeping costs under control.

• Assess our delivery process and identify the main bottlenecks
• Implement a sustainable solution for fast feedback, reliable releases, and urgent hotfixes
• Validate the improvements and hand over a setup our team can confidently operate

Your profile

• Strong experience designing and improving CI/CD for fast-moving software teams
• Understanding of how AI-assisted development changes infrastructure demand
• Sound judgment on scalability, reliability, security, and cost
• A proven track record of reducing delivery times and operational overhead

This is a defined project, not an ongoing retainer. Please share relevant project examples, measurable results, your availability, and your proposed approach.
