Requirements

This position reports to:

Business Systems Manager

In this role, you’ll connect business, data and IT and contribute to solutions that have a real impact on our processes. You’ll have the opportunity to bring your own ideas, test new technologies and turn them into practical solutions.

Your Role

  • Work with data from key processes, identify connections and use them to optimize processes.
  • Design and prototype new applications and improve them based on feedback from the business.
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and collaborate with developers on their implementation.

Who are we looking for?

  • You are passionate about technology, business and working with data.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with process optimization and IT technologies (SQL, SAP, web applications).
  • Experience with AI and basic knowledge of C#, JavaScript, Python, HTTP or REST APIs.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work across business and IT teams.
  • English and Czech at B2 level or higher.
