Our client is a leading technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
- Take ownership of the product strategy, development direction, and product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives and overall strategic direction.
- Continuously research and monitor relevant legal regulations, technology trends, and market developments related to digital signatures to ensure product compliance and maintain competitiveness.
- Ensure the product is brought to market in line with the defined direction, development timeline, and business objectives.
- Develop product strategies, plans, and phased development roadmaps aligned with business targets and the company’s overall direction.
- Conduct market and product research by analyzing customer needs, market trends, competitors, and relevant regulations on electronic transactions, electronic signatures, and digital signatures to identify opportunities, development priorities, and areas for product improvement.
- Coordinate the end-to-end product development process by working closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales teams throughout product development, testing, and implementation to ensure quality, timeline, and expected outcomes.
- Drive product adoption and business growth by collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams to promote the product, expand market coverage, acquire new customers, increase product usage, and contribute to overall business targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in legal or business consulting, professional advisory services, or B2B business activities.
- Strong strategic and systematic thinking, with the ability to identify critical issues and determine appropriate priorities based on operational realities, customer needs, and business objectives.
- Strong research capability and the ability to quickly understand business, legal, and technology-related matters.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge or experience in digital signatures, electronic contracts, electronic transactions, or enterprise management software.
- An MBA or Master’s degree.
- Experience applying AI, data, or automation to product development or business activities.
