We welcome applications from experienced professionals with 3+ years of relevant industry experience, spanning Consultant through to Director level opportunities.

We’re looking for talented individuals who have some of the following skills / experiences:

Data Platforms & Hyperscalers Data Engineering

• Designing/ Architecting & Delivering AI & Data Solutions - Design and build AI-enabled applications, agentic workflows, analytics products and data platforms that are secure, scalable and production-ready.

• Technical Problem-Solving – Write, test and review well-crafted code in Python, SQL or a similar language, using leading technologies across Azure, AWS, Google, Databricks and Snowflake.

• Client Collaboration – Work with client stakeholders and delivery teams to understand requirements and contribute to effective technical solutions.

AI Value & Adoption Engineering

• Defining business value, investment cases, and AI transformation roadmaps.

• Driving adoption, change, requirements, and benefit realisation initiatives.

• Partnering with business and technology stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

AI Pioneering

• Building, experimenting with, or scaling AI, Generative AI, LLM, or agent-based solutions.

• Turning innovative ideas into reusable assets, accelerators, or new ways of working.

• Combining technical depth and creativity to solve complex problems.

Forward Deployed Engineering

• Designing, building, and deploying AI, data, or software solutions in production environments.

• Working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

• Delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions that create real business impact.

What we're looking for:-

• Strong foundations in data and software engineering, with experience across the SDLC in building and delivering scalable data, AI or software solutions.

• Deep hands-on experience designing and deploying enterprise cloud data platforms, including navigating architecture, security and design review forums.

• Proficiency in Python, Java or TypeScript, along with SQL, and a commitment to building high-quality, maintainable solutions.

• Advanced SQL and database skills

• Experience in Data and/or AI Engineering, with hands-on experience in either Python or SQL, dbt highly regarded.

• Experience with Data modelling will be highly regarded

• Experience building AI, data or software solutions on modern platforms, including Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Databricks or Snowflake.

• Experience delivering data architecture, engineering or cloud platform solutions using Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud.

• Strong grasp of data fundamentals, preferably with experience across databases, data warehouses, data lakes and other enterprise storage solutions.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity, break down complex problems and guide teams toward practical engineering outcomes.

• Experience building production-ready data products, pipelines and AI-enabling data services with automated testing, CI/CD, governance and observability for analytics, machine learning, GenAI and operational use cases.

• At least one formal certification in a relevant data platform or hyperscaler technology is highly regarded

• Previous consulting or client-facing experience will be highly regarded.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
