Execution & Delivery

  • Work closely with software engineers, data scientists and UX designers to deliver high-quality products.
  • Balance delivery speed, product quality and simplicity.
  • Drive agile product development and continuous improvement.
  • Manage short-term delivery priorities while considering long-term scalability and technical debt.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a key liaison between business leaders, government agencies, operational partners and technology companies.
  • Work with stakeholders such as the Singapore Police Force (SPF), Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) and global technology platforms.
  • Facilitate Whole-of-Government (WOG) alignment across stakeholders.
  • Navigate differing priorities and disagreements constructively.
  • Translate complex technical and business requirements into clear product priorities and actions.

Leadership & Mentorship

  • Take ownership of broad and ambiguously scoped projects.
  • Lead complex workstreams independently from problem definition through execution.
  • Synthesise complex information and data into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and drive initiatives forward.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to improving overall team capability and productivity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Product Management, with demonstrated ability to independently own products, features or complex projects.
  • Strong track record of managing end-to-end product delivery, particularly in ambiguous or rapidly evolving environments.
  • Strong analytical and product intuition, with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
  • Ability to identify and manage risks from both technical and market perspectives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong sense of ownership and willingness to identify opportunities and recommend process improvements.
  • Comfortable taking calculated risks, experimenting and learning from both successes and failures.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support teammates, challenge existing approaches constructively and share knowledge openly.
