⭐ Who we are
Lodgify is a fast-growing scale-up company leading the vacation rental industry. Backed by $30M in funding, our platform empowers property owners and managers worldwide to efficiently manage and grow their business through technology.
Headquartered in sunny Barcelona, we're now a team of 380+ people representing over 60 nationalities, united by a passion for transforming the future of short-term rentals.
⭐ Role Overview
The Growth Enablement Team is the connective tissue of our Growth organization: we don't optimize a single funnel stage, we build the foundations that let every Growth squad (Acquisition, Activation & Retention, Sales, and Partnerships) move faster, measure better, and experiment with confidence.
As a Senior Growth Data Analyst, you'll sit at the intersection of marketing technology, data engineering, and growth analytics, spearheading Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), advanced data modeling, and campaign performance insights that directly shape multi-channel marketing investment and revenue growth.
You'll own advanced analytics frameworks end-to-end, mentor peers, and set the standard for data quality across the growth org.
\n
⭐ How will you make an impact?
• Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM): You design, calibrate, and maintain Marketing Mix Models to quantify cross-channel marketing performance and guide long-term media spend allocation.
• Growth data modelling: You architect scalable data models and analytical schemas that integrate multi-channel marketing, web, and product telemetry into unified growth datasets. You have expertise in the technological stack with BigQuery as the warehouse, DBT for production-grade modelling, RudderStack for event streaming, and Omni as the self-serve BI layer.
• Campaign performance & insight generation: You conduct deep-dive exploratory analytics across acquisition channels (paid search, paid social, organic) to surface high-leverage growth opportunities.
• AI-enabled analytics and agentic automation: You actively use AI tools to accelerate analysis, automate recurring reporting workflows, and improve insight generation speed across the growth org. You contribute to Lodgify's AI Enablement programme by identifying and deploying analytics automation opportunities.
• CRM and lifecycle analytics: You design and implement measurement and incrementality frameworks for event-driven lifecycle workflows, evaluating their short-, mid-, and long-term impact on customer activation, retention, and lifetime value.
• GEO and AI search measurement: You ****design measurement frameworks for AI search visibility, tracking share of voice in LLM answer engines and attributing traffic contribution from GEO channels where traditional UTM attribution is structurally insufficient.
• Data storytelling & executive presentations: You synthesise complex quantitative findings into clear visual artefacts and strategic narratives for marketing leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Attribution and measurement: You own Lodgify's full measurement stack, spanning MMM as the strategic budget allocation layer, incrementally and geo-lift testing to validate true channel impact, and privacy-first server-side event tracking as the data collection standard. You design measurement approaches for AI search and GEO channels where UTM-based attribution is structurally insufficient
• Strategic cross-functional alignment: You partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to align growth analytics with core unit economics like CAC and LTV.
• Data governance & analytics standards: You establish data documentation, reporting standards, and visualisation guidelines to raise overall analytical quality across the growth organisation.
⭐ What makes you a great fit:
• Presentation and Influencing: Crafts compelling presentations that connect technical or functional insights to business outcomes, ensuring clarity and resonance across departments. Uses storytelling and analogies to align diverse stakeholders and drive consensus without formal authority. Persuades through evidence-backed recommendations while addressing potential concerns upfront. Shapes direction by influencing decisions in cross-functional initiatives through clear, confident communication.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Synthesises complex datasets into concise insights that guide decision makers, e.g., highlighting trends, anomalies, and risks. Uses multiple data sources (quantitative & qualitative) to tell a coherent story, and distinguishes between correlation and causation. Applies strong judgment in interpreting incomplete or noisy data, and articulates limitations. Coaches others in data visualization and storytelling, raising the team’s overall data literacy.
• Business Acumen: Translates strategic goals into operational decisions and trade-offs for own work. Anticipates business challenges by integrating customer insights, market trends, and internal data. Builds a solid understanding of how different departments contribute to commercial success. Advocates for initiatives with clearly articulated business impact.
• Problem Solving: Anticipates problems before they escalate and proactively mitigates risks. Develops creative, workable solutions to complex, cross-functional challenges. Balances trade-offs between resource constraints, stakeholder needs, and long-term business goals. Critically analyses multiple sources of information, validating credibility before making decisions. Guides colleagues on structured problem-solving techniques and decision-making frameworks.
• Stakeholder Management: Anticipates stakeholder concerns and proactively addresses them in planning and delivery. Navigates complex or conflicting stakeholder priorities by facilitating compromise grounded in data and shared outcomes. Builds long-term stakeholder trust through consistent, transparent communication and follow-through. Educates stakeholders on technical or operational constraints to manage expectations and build mutual understanding.
• Analytics Expertise Direct hands-on experience with at least one of MMM or incrementality testing. Proven experience with marketing analytics, deep knowledge of CAC, LTV, ROAS, and multi-touch attribution to evaluate and optimise growth campaigns.
• Growth Data Modelling - Ability to write advanced, production-grade code and build robust data models to transform raw marketing telemetry into scalable analytical structures. Incorporating a privacy-first tracking approaches
