- Lead product discovery and validation, identifying opportunities to improve self-service and the customer journey

- Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements, API/service behaviours, and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with Tech Leads, Business Analysts, architects, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to shape and deliver solutions
- Drive delivery within an Agile cross-functional team, managing dependencies, priorities, risks, and blockers
- Use product analytics, KPIs, and service performance data to measure impact and prioritise improvements
- Ensure delivered solutions meet expectations for quality, reliability, security, and performance
- Collaborate across teams and markets to ensure alignment and a consistent post-booking customer experience
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with proven ability to coordinate across technical teams and dependencies
- Strong technical understanding, with the ability to work effectively with architects, Tech Leads, Business Analysts, and engineering teams
- Ability to understand the technical context of backend services, APIs, integrations, data flows, and dependencies without needing to be deeply hands-on
- Experience working closely with Tech Leads and Business Analysts within cross-functional teams
- Travel-industry experience would be highly beneficial
- Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills
- Upper-intermediate or higher English, both spoken and written
Nice to have:

- Familiarity with Java/Spring Boot services, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tooling (e.g. Datadog)
- Understanding of contract testing (Pact), SLIs/SLOs, and reliability/SRE practices
- Experience with A/B testing and optimisation methodologies
- Understanding of UX/UI and accessibility design principles
