Job Summary:

ITS, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. The Cybersecurity Engineer will support across all-domain large-scale Missile Defense Systems. This position will work closely with Program Managers, other domain engineers, and Government counterparts across Government and Industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Apply working knowledge of DISA STIGs and other technical cyber material to ensure compliance and adherence to cybersecurity standards, while also integrating System Security Engineering principles (NIST 800-160 v1) into project workflows.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, utilizing demonstrated hands-on technology configuration and engineering skills to develop innovative solutions for customers and effectively lead technical initiatives.
  • Experience using Security information and event management (SIEM) technologies.
  • Passive evaluations such as compliance audits using STIG Viewer, SCAP, etc. and active evaluations such as vulnerability assessments utilizing tools such as ACAS.
  • Experience sustaining Strategic Warning and Surveillance radar systems such as UEWR, PAVE PAWS, or PARCS.
  • Experience supporting DoD or Space Force technical environments.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelors degree and 5+ years of prior relevant experience
  • Masters with 2+ years of prior relevant experience.
  • ACTIVE IAT Level II Certification

Clearance Requirement:

  • Secret
