Benefits
Full description
We are a growing home décor brand selling primarily on Amazon US. We develop our own products and work with manufacturers, designers, content creators and marketing specialists. As the business has grown, so has the number of projects that need coordinating.
We’re looking for an experienced E-commerce Project Manager to take ownership of the many moving pieces involved in developing, launching and marketing our products.
This role is for someone who likes knowing exactly where every project stands, what is missing, who needs to do what next, and making sure things actually get finished.
You will work closely with the founder, our operations team, graphic designer, suppliers and sales/marketing specialists. You won’t be expected to define the overall company or brand strategy, but you will be expected to understand it well enough to turn it into clear projects and execute them properly.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Product development coordination• Keep track of products through the development process, including designs, specifications, samples, feedback and revisions
- Maintain clear records of current files, versions, product features and outstanding decisions
- Follow up with the relevant people to keep development moving
- Coordinate packaging, inserts, barcodes and other launch requirements
Product launch readiness• Own the launch-readiness process for new products
- Make sure listing copy, images, A+ Content, video, PPC creative and other required assets are ready before launch
- Coordinate designers, creators and other team members involved in preparing those assets
- Spot missing pieces and potential delays early rather than discovering them at launch
- Maintain clear launch checklists and timelines
Amazon listings and Store• Coordinate preparation and updates of Amazon listing images and A+ Content
- Upload listing graphics, A+ Content and other assets through Seller Central
- Keep our Amazon Store current as new products and collections are introduced
- Plan and coordinate seasonal Store updates, collection pages and merchandising changes
- Make sure the Store accurately reflects the current product range and marketing priorities
Creative testing and optimisation• Work with our graphic designer and sales team to identify creative assets needed to support sales goals
- Coordinate testing of listing graphics and other creative variations
- Track tests carefully and report on results so we can make decisions based on performance rather than opinion
- Use those learnings to brief future creative work
Project management• Proactively manage projects, deadlines, dependencies and responsibilities in ClickUp
- Keep ClickUp accurate and useful rather than treating it as an administrative exercise
- Follow up with team members, suppliers and freelancers when something is outstanding
- Flag problems early and propose practical next steps
- Create simple repeatable processes where we currently rely too much on memory or manual follow-up
You should have previous experience managing e-commerce projects involving physical products.
ClickUp experience is required. We want someone who is already comfortable building and managing projects, dependencies, recurring processes and workflows in ClickUp.
You should also have:• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Good understanding of Amazon listings, A+ Content and Amazon Stores
- Experience coordinating physical product launches
- Experience working with graphic designers and other creative specialists
- Strong attention to detail and very good organisational skills
- Good visual judgment and the ability to recognise when creative work is unclear, inconsistent or simply not good enough
- Confidence making simple creative or content updates yourself when that is faster than sending everything back to a designer
- Strong written English
- The ability to manage several projects at different stages without losing track of details
It would be a strong advantage if you have the following experience:• Amazon-first or DTC consumer brand
- Home décor, lifestyle or other visually driven consumer products
- Product listing creative testing or conversion optimisation
- Canva, Adobe Illustrator or similar design tools
- Working alongside PPC or Amazon sales teams
The kind of person who will do well here:You don’t need someone standing over you telling you what to check next.
If a launch is three weeks away, you naturally want to know whether the packaging is final, whether the video has been shot, whether the listing graphics are approved and what could hold things up.
You are comfortable chasing people when something is late, but you are also practical about jumping in and fixing smaller issues yourself.
You care about details, but you understand that the purpose of good project management is to make the business move faster, not to create more process.
And when we test two versions of a listing image, you want to know which one performed better and what we should learn from it, not simply tick the task as completed.
What success in this role looks like
New products move from concept to development to launch through a clear, controlled process.
Everyone involved knows what they need to deliver and by when.
Creative testing is properly tracked and the results feed into future decisions.
What you can expect from us:• Independence and ownership. We don’t micromanage. You’ll have clear responsibilities and the freedom to organise your work and drive projects forward.
- Interesting, varied work. You’ll be involved across the full journey from early product development through creative production, launch and optimisation.
- Visible impact. This is a small team, so good work gets implemented quickly and makes a noticeable difference to the business.
- A growing brand. You’ll join us at a stage where we’re expanding the product range and improving how we develop, launch and market products.
- A supportive team. We value straightforward communication, collaboration and helping each other solve problems rather than internal politics.
- Flexible location and working hours. We care more about outcomes than fixed office hours. Some availability overlapping with both GMT/European working hours and our suppliers in China will be necessary.
