STARTING SALARY RANGE: $72,307 to 97,828 - exempt
Position: Full time
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Business Analyst bridges the gap between Information Technology and business operations by managing, optimizing, and expanding the YMCA's critical business applications, including Daxko, Dayforce, CampDoc, and related systems. This position serves as the primary liaison between end users, vendors, and IT leadership to drive continuous improvement in application performance, data integrity, business processes, and user adoption.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Serve as the primary system administrator and subject matter expert for Daxko CRM and associated YMCA business applications, including Dayforce, CampDoc, and others as assigned.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across YMCA departments.
- Configure, test, and deploy application enhancements, workflows, and integrations in coordination with vendors and IT leadership.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides, process flows, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
- Provide end-user training, support, and troubleshooting for supported business applications.
- Manage vendor relationships, including escalation of support tickets, evaluation of release notes, and coordination of upgrades.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation through better utilization of existing application capabilities.
- Produce regular reporting and dashboards from business systems to support leadership decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Director of Information Technology on project planning, prioritization, and technology roadmap initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within managed systems.
- Participate in new application evaluation and onboarding, including needs assessments and vendor demonstrations.
- Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) for system updates, integrations, and new features.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Three or more years of experience in a similar business analyst, business systems, or application administration role.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Nonprofit or YMCA experience preferred.
- Experience with CRM/ERP application administration and configuration, business process analysis, and requirements documentation.
- Working knowledge of system integrations and API/data exchange fundamentals; report building and data analysis using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Experience with UAT planning and execution, application security, and role-based access control.
- Daxko or comparable member-management CRM experience preferred; Dayforce/Ceridian experience and basic SQL knowledge are a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication, analytical problem-solving, project management, vendor management, training, and change-management skills.
- Preferred certifications include CBAP or CCBA, Daxko Certified Administrator, Dayforce/Ceridian product training, and ITIL Foundations.
- Criminal clearance, including fingerprints and background clearance, as required by the YMCA.
- Complete required new employee orientation and child abuse prevention training
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Environmental Factors: Primarily indoor office and YMCA facility environments. The position is on-site and may require after-hours support related to business applications, upgrades, or technology initiatives. Noise level is usually moderate.
