Summary: As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and stable operations. The role includes managing change requests and continuously updating documentation to enhance troubleshooting efficiency. Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring timely analysis and resolution of issues that impact business continuity. This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining system reliability and supporting multiple teams to achieve operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities: We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer with strong expertise in Enterprise Networking, Cloud, Security, SD-WAN, and Network Automation to support and modernize enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will leverage AI-assisted operations (AIOps), intelligent observability, automation, and AI-ready infrastructure to improve network performance, security, and operational efficiency while supporting enterprise AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and support enterprise LAN/WAN, Data Center, Cisco ACI, Wireless, SD-WAN, and Hybrid Cloud environments. Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Cisco Routing & Switching, Firewalls, F5 Load Balancers, and Network Security solutions. Support cloud networking across Azure and AWS and enable secure hybrid connectivity. Implement Zero Trust, SASE/SSE, and secure remote access solutions. Utilize AI-powered monitoring, observability, and AIOps platforms for proactive incident detection, predictive analytics, and faster issue resolution. Support connectivity for Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, AI Agents, and enterprise AI platforms by ensuring secure and scalable network infrastructure. Develop and maintain automation using Python, Ansible, Terraform, and REST APIs to streamline network provisioning, compliance, and operational tasks. Collaborate with Cloud, Security, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and AI-enabled network services. Prepare technical documentation, support network modernization initiatives, and mentor junior engineers.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications, or equivalent. 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Networking, Data Center, SD-WAN, Cloud Networking, Security, and Network Operations. Relevant certifications such as CCNP Enterprise, CCNP Data Center (ACI), Azure Network Engineer (AZ-700), AWS Advanced Networking, Palo Alto PCNSE, or Automation (Python/Ansible/Terraform) are preferred.
