  • Coordinating contractors, hospital stakeholders, internal teams, and suppliers
  • Supporting installation activities and being present on-site throughout key project phases
  • Monitoring timelines, budgets, risks, and project milestones
  • Identifying issues early and developing practical solutions to keep projects on track
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with regulatory and site requirements
  • Providing regular updates and clear communication to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Building trusted relationships that create a positive project experience for everyone involved

Who We're Looking For

You'll bring a strong project mindset and the ability to confidently navigate complex environments.

You'll be successful if you have:

  • A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
  • The ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Confidence working on-site and coordinating a range of trades, contractors, and project stakeholders
  • A technical aptitude and willingness to get involved when required
  • A collaborative style and genuine enjoyment of working within a close-knit team

Why Join Stryker?

At Stryker, you'll join a team that genuinely supports one another. We work hard, celebrate our successes, and take pride in delivering solutions that ultimately improve patient care.

In return, you'll enjoy:

  • Career development and growth opportunities within a global medical technology leader
  • A close-knit and highly supportive team environment
  • Paid parental leave and wellbeing benefits
  • Volunteer days and opportunities to give back to the community
  • Recognition programs that celebrate individual and team success
  • The chance to work on projects that make a real difference in hospitals across Australia
